Account Setup-Setup
This panel is where the Providers will set up their account after receiving their PIN Letter.

Navigation Path: [Account] - [Account Setup] or [Account] - [Secure Site] - [Setup Account Button]
Step/Action Tables:
To Add on the Account Setup Panel

1Point to Account on the menu bar.Drop-down list displays.
2Click Secure Site.Secure Site panel displays.
3Enter in Login ID and Personal Identification Number information, then click the Setup Account button.Account Setup panel displays.
4Type data in the User Name, Contact Last Name, Contact First Name, Phone Number, 1st Secret Question and 1st Answer fields. 
5Type data in the 2nd Secret Question, 2nd Answer, Password, Confirm Password, and Confirm EMail fields. 
6Read the Security Agreement and if you agree click the I Agree check box, then click the Submit button in the Account Setup panel.Data saves.
